Lotsa Layouts

I am going to post some recent layouts and keep the descriptions to a minimum. I have to meet the bus in 15 minutes.
Not much to say. I borrowed the cartridge for the rocket so I can't remember where it is from.
The fourth of July paper is Creative Memories with some sticker embellishments I got in my Mom's store.
These die cuts are from Nate's ABC's and the paper is Stampin Up!
I made the hat and haunted house with my Cricut Happy Hauntings cartridge, Paper is Stampin Up! Some cool Halloween overlay embellies were added.
The die cuts here are again from Nate's ABC's.

Wreath for Madison

I made this wreath for my niece Madison's third birthday. I used some of the Sweet Shop paper from the Stampin Up occassions mini and matching in-colors. I decorated with brads, buttons, and ribbons. I am making her a name frame also and wishing I had more of this paper so they could match!

Berry Sweet Day

I went to my Mom's today to scrapbook and celebrate the A I got in organic chemistry (and that it's over). I finished two complete layouts. This is the only one I was able to photograph tonight due to glare issues in my kitchen. It came out really cute and I am almost thinking of submitting it somewhere (where?) I used Simply Charmed to make the strawberries and title and an adorable package of Jolee's embellishments were added.

A few more layouts

I managed to schedule in time for a crop this weekend and despite the snow got there for 12 hours of cropping. I completed 3, 2 page layouts and most of a fourth. I would have had that fourth one done too if I hadn't decided to go crazy hand stitching! That's OK the fourth one could use some nice computer generated journaling that I wouldn't have been able to complete there anyway.
First is Born to Play. Pretty simple layout with some paper and embellishments from a Boys will be Boys collection. I used my new Recess cartridge that I paid a ridiculous amount of money for to make the slide/boy. I added circles/rings to match the paper.
This Fall Fun layout is what took up most of my afternoon. I hand stitched a border on all four sides of both papers and created the hand stitched apple. I cut the open apples with Creative Memories Cheerful Seasons, and used Create a Critter for the horse. The little cowboys and howdy are stamped from an old Stampin Up set that was on the tool table.
This last layout was photos from my boys first day of pre-school last year when they were three. I picked up a pack of Paper Studio school themed paper at Hobby Lobby with a coupon and it went great with the cuts from the Recess cartridge.

3 Recent Layouts

Ok so once again my sister has complained that I haven't updated my blog and so I am making a post. She actually said "Are you over the whole blog thing". I wish I could blog. I wish I could look at the long list of favorite blogs of all you talented crafters. I have no time. Between school, the gym, the kids schedule, and trying to maintain some level of cleanliness at home blogging doesn't even register on the priority list. Crafting hardly makes it! I did complete 3 layouts in December when I had a month break from school. Here they are to keep her happy. First up is a very simple one from a trip to an outdoor light show in 2010.
This one is from Christmas morning in 2010. I used Everyday Paper Dolls to make the kids.

This last one is my personal favorite. I got to use my new Camping Critters cartridge that I got for
Christmas and the last of the fall DSP from SU from 2010.

My first Etsy item

Just listed my first Etsy item. I just love these little hand sanitizer toppers. It seems like this Batty for You stamp set from Stampin Up' was made for this product from Bath and Body Works. We'll see if they sell.

Batty for You Nugget Box

I used Stampin Ups Batty for You stamp set and a tutorial from Split Coast Stampers to make this little Hershey's nugget box. I used textured black card-stock and some old Halloween DS paper. The ribbon is just something I had in my stash that matched. I used the SU decorative label punch and layered it on top.
